Billing Analyst

Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a global media advertising company to recruit a Billing Analyst.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is currently going through a period of rapid growth.
Duties of the Billing Analyst include:

- Managing the monthly billing cycle
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Managing the billing inbox
- Participating in various analysis and reporting
- Participating in billing related system upgrades and testing
- Evaluating, creating and implementing changes to improve departmental policies, procedures and controls to systems and processes
- Maintaining revenue account ledgers
- Ensuring timeliness of billing

To be considered for the role of Billing Analyst, the following attributes are required:

- Experience of working in billing
- Forensic attention to detail
- Ability to recognise and implement process improvements
