T Shirt and Sons is an e-Commerce fulfiller with international clients serving the global market for print-on-demand apparel. Made up of two companies, one based in the UK and one in the Netherlands, T Shirt and Sons is wholly owned by the world’s largestpromotional product supplier, Polyconcept. T Shirt and Sons in its own right is the largest Direct-To-Garment printer in Europe with its principal offices located in Westbury, Wiltshire.

As part of our expansion and recruitment drive we are now looking for a Print-on-demand Category Manager.

**What you will be doing**

The print-on-demand model works on one simple defining principle - print after ordering. Consumers place an order, let’s say a mug with your friends’ photo on it, and the manufacturing process begins only after this order is received.

As a Print-on-demand Category Manager, you are responsible for the visibility and completeness of our print-on-demand assortment on the e-commerce platforms of our customers This service is executed by our recently acquired leading print-on-demand brand:T-shirts and Sons.

The person
- Preferably educated to degree level or above
- A track record of Category Management or Merchandising within the Ecommerce industry
- A working understanding of Forecasting, Planning and inventory management
- A working understanding a Digital Merchandising
- Commercially minded
- Strong analytical skills
- Data & insight driven
- Solution orientated
- Customer focussed
- Teamwork orientated
- Motivated to make a difference
- Good communication skills
- Good at influencing decision-makers & stakeholders
- Good presentation skills
- POD/Ecommerce fashion market knowledge
- MS office
- Understanding of European Ecommerce market
- Fluent in English, Dutch an advantage
