Our next Assistant Manager will be at the forefront of change in our Community Environmental Team. They will get the opportunity to shape the role and their team so that our communities continue to be the place our customers are proud to call home.

Your main responsibilities will be managing the day-to-day delivery of our community and environmental offer to our neighbourhoods, helping your team to support customers to sustain their tenancies and take care of their communities.

You will also monitor and deliver our service around environmental issues, health and safety inspections and waste management concerns.

An innovator, our Assistant Manager will take stock of the current department and how it works and get creative, determining what can be done differently and how we can potentially develop the service to really make a difference to your team and our customers.It is a fantastic time to join our Housing Team

About you:
We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar supervisory role or has worked as part of a Housing Team and looking for that next challenge in their career.

You will be able to manage and support your team, delivering results and expected outcomes.

Our customers are at the forefront of your role so strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate with a range of colleagues, customers and stakeholders is needed.
