**IT Support Analyst - £23,000 - Warrington (Birchwood)**
**The Company**:
Working in partnership with a multinational sports and entertainment business based in Warrington, we're looking for an IT Support Technician. This position has become available because someone is being promoted into a senior position. The office is locatedin Birchwood with parking spaces available.
**The Role**:
As part of the Tech Support Team here you'll have the responsibility of resolving various IT tickets that're passed up from the Service Desk. In this role you'll
get the opportunity to take ownership and streamline your own workload, managing queries from start to finish.
In this team there's an opportunity to progress, take on more responsibility and learn new skills. With individual training budgets and an Infrastructure Operations Team surrounding you, there will be opportunity to learn and develop from others on live technicalfaults.
**Skill Requirements**:

- Proven experience working on IT Desktop Hardware (PC/Laptop/Printers/etc.)
- Understanding of the ITIL Principles and Practises
- Knowledge how to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
- Head of most of the following Technology: Windows OS, Linux OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, AWS
- Excellent written and verbal communication
