As the People Operations Coordinator you will provide an efficient administration and coordination support service for our People Operations team, whilst supporting various Payroll activities in an efficient, confident and customer focused manner.

**What we expect from you as a People Operations Coordinator**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Have full responsibility of the Company holiday system, ensuring it is up to date with new starters, changes to allowances and reporting lines
- Building relationships with Managers in relation to absences and ensuring systems are updated correctly including return to work forms and Absence review meetings
- Raising of purchase orders
- Coordination of bonus and salary communications across the business
- Updating our internal HR system with any relevant changes
- Coordination of our benefit offerings globally to individuals upon joining and management upon renewal
- Coordination of ad-hoc reporting requirements and providing HRMI
- Produce and maintain official letters as required
- To assist in ad hoc facility issues which arise
- Supporting with the centralised People Operations and Payroll inboxes and phone lines
- Preparation and submission of weekly time and attendance data for Departments across the business.
- Submit agency timesheets on a weekly basis in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to process French and German payroll
- Support the department with month-end processing including pension reconciliation and submission, payments to HMRC and other stakeholders

- Previous People-focused administration or coordination experience

- Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel & data input
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
