Dental Receptionist needed for our lovely, award-winning, private practice in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Our small private practice is searching for a Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team.
Dr Christian Lucas and his team established Castle View Dental Spa in Eccleshall as a way of creating a laid back but professional environment in which to practice high quality dentistry and we have achieved this.
As a practice, we offer all aspects of modern dentistry and facial aesthetic treatments, we are also a referral practice for endodontic treatments and Christian lectures and mentors the level 7 facial aesthetics course. We also have an associate dentist, Dr Kerrie Mills, and Dental Therapist, Paula Bell.
Christian, the practice owner, is a genuine, professional, down to earth dentist who will encourage you to be the best you can be and will guide you through both inhouse and external training where necessary. We carry out regular appraisal and training reviews and are happy to nurture and develop our team members.
We would like a dental receptionist with a strong work ethic who would make a fabulous team fit to join us on our journey of offering exceptional dentistry to our local community.
At front of house, our team ensure a warm welcome for all of our patients, with welcoming touches such as candles and a coffee machine. We endeavour to make every patient contact a happy experience and go the extra mile to make their journey with us a good one.
The role will include:
- Managing the appointment booking system in person and on the phone
- Operating the cloud based software used (Aerona) (training will be given)
- Greeting patients with a friendly disposition, both face to face and on the phone, ensuring they experience great customer service at all times
- Discussing treatment plans with patients where necessary, taking payments and dental plan administration
- General administration & support to the Practice Manager/Clinicians
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies
We would ideally like you to have experience in a dental or similar medical setting, be enthusiastic and passionate about customer service. You will need good organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed along with computer literacy. Training on our dental software will be given. Continual professional development will be required and an annual subscription to ensure key training is completed annually will be paid for by the practice.
We can offer you a lovely practice to work in with amazing team support. A competitive salary based on your experience, an opportunity to progress with us and 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata). Pay will be negotiable and dependant on experience.
Our practice opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8pm - 8pm and Friday 9am until 2pm with occasional clinics on Saturday mornings.
We are looking for someone to work with us:
Wednesday 8am - 8.30pm
Thursday 5.30pm - 8.30pm
Additional hours could be available if required.
Applications are also welcome from dental nurses who would like to have the variety of nursing and reception duties.
