**Finance Manager**

Part-Time, 30 hours per week

Hybrid working with flexible hours

Our exclusive client who is a leading charitable organisation, is looking to grow their team with the addition of a permanent finance manager 4 days per week. This is a key role within this organisation which has a relaxed culture, but driven approach toachieving its goals. This role will report into the Finance Director and manage one direct report whilst overseeing the day-to-day management of the organisation's accounts.

This role will include:

- Preparation of management accounts
- Payroll preparation (for external payroll provider)
- Review month end and review of monthly income
- Manage weekly supplier Payrun
- Processing of quarterly payroll journals, and accrued income.
- Prepayments & Accruals
- VAT Return
- Review all balance sheet accounts
- Management of the fixed asset register
- Audit preparation
- Year-end accounts preparation
- Budget preparation and forecasts, working with the wider team
- Management of a Finance Officer as part of the finance team

Working hours: Monday to Friday (4 days per week) 30 Hours with flexible working (7.30am -6.30pm) and hybrid working (2 Days in office).
