You will play an integral part of the Returns and Recoveries Team supporting with day-to-day general duties to ensure all non-new stock and Business Recalls are moved through the Small
Box and Big Box warehouse operations in a timely manner. You’ll enjoy working as part of a supportive team and thrive in a fast-paced environment, that maximises the recovery and turnaround times to expedite all customer returns from the business.

**Role overview**:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

- Supporting the Returns Commercial Services and Operations teams in the day to day running of the department
- Ensuring accurate up to date stock exit information is provided for the relevant business areas, updating systems, various financial trackers to manage exit in line with budgeted costs
- Managing of Timetable is adhered to for both internal and external operations.
- Always looking for continuous improvements to help improve on operational and business KPIs
- Monitor and act upon security/health and safety risks

You will need:

- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to build and maintains positive relationships.
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Analytical thinking skills
- Hands on role, with ability to work from home, ensuring that tasks are achieved in line with agreed timescales, procedures, and protocol.
- Previous experience of working in a Reverse Logistics environment would be desirable
