Clinical Standards Lead

This newly created post is an exciting opportunity for an experienced therapist to provide clinical leadership and quality assurance within the community rehabilitation service. The Clinical Standards Lead will be fundamental in identifying and supporting quality improvement, as well as inspiring clinicians to ensure evidence based best practice. The post holder will provide visionary, supportive, and challenging leadership to rehabilitation staff.
This post requires an enthusiastic and proactive lead who will form part of the leadership team for Integrated localities. The individual will support and develop quality interprofessional care in multiagency teams. They will ensure improved efficiencies which will maximise staffing capacity and release time to provide meaningful, high quality therapeutic interventions.
Good prioritisation, effective communication, and management skills will all be required in this interesting and exciting new role. The sharing of knowledge and clinical expertise with colleagues will be key.
