**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team, working on either a full time or part time basis - flexibility is required to suit the business needs. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage service, from preparation to presentation, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for guests.
- Ensure that all food safety guidelines are strictly adhered to during food preparation and service.
- Serving food and drink across our bar, restaurant and event departments
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly.
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away food and beverages as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces.
- Assist in bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when needed.
- Experience in restaurant settings or food preparation is advantageous.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to bartending or other aspects of food service is appreciated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

**Experience**:
