We are seeking a motivated, client-centric **Graduate Trainee Accountant** to join a well-established accountancy and business advisory firm based in Surrey. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for recent graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field who are looking to start their professional career in accounting.

**Position Details**:

- **Hours**: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- **Location**: West Horsley, Surrey, with occasional travel to the Shepperton branch
- **Salary**: £30,000 - £34,000 (dependent on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in delivering a full range of accounting and tax services to clients
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and VAT returns
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills
- Contribute to practice growth by embracing new processes and technologies
- **Education**: Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- **Qualifications**: Intention to pursue professional qualifications such as Level 4 AAT or ACCA
- **Experience**: Internship or placement experience in an accounting environment is beneficial but not essential
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero and Sage; proficient in MS Excel
- **Communication & Organisation**: Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail
- **Professional Development**: A proactive attitude towards personal and team growth, with a keen interest in continuous development
- **Driving Licence**: Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car due to the remote office location
