**Residential Children’s Team Leader**
**Location**:Leyland
**Salary**:Up to £28,000 plus £75 per sleep (equating to £6,600 p/a)
**Shifts**:Full time, 40 hours, 2:3 shift pattern.
**About the job role**:
You will be working alongside a dedicated, experienced team to provide care and support services for young people with emotional behavioural disorders (EBD), mild/moderate Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour based in a residential home setting.You will be required to support and participate in young people's social, learning plans and activities such as trips out and holidays, as well as assisting with day-to-day care such as cooking and cleaning. You may also be required to take charge of the servicein absence of the Seniors and Managers.
