**Role: Multi-trade Carpenter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various repairs in commercial premises
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Install windows, doors, and door frames (internal and external)
- UPVC servicing and installation
- Inspect and diagnose faults and repairs
- Locksmithing, including lock snapping, drilling, and picking
- Roofing
- General maintenance tasks
- All types of fencing (posts, feather edge, chain link, panels)
- Kitchen fitting, building, and minor joinery
- Out-of-hours and lone working

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Full-time role, minimum 40 hours per week
- Full and current driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to drive and take home a company van
