The role

We are expanding our European Advisory team and have opportunities for experienced, entrepreneurial-thinking Financial Advisors who are looking to work with HNWI. The role will see you explore and understand your clients’ financial circumstances and needs and then devise, implement and manage bespoke financial strategies to help maximise their wealth. You will help your clients reach their financial goals through active portfolio rebalancing, behavioural coaching, customised planning and product alignment. You will also strive to build and expand your client network by relying on your sales skillset, our lead generation capacity and most importantly - your connections.

You will have a minimum of 24 months’ previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a European market. You will be professional and proficient at selling in person, as well as over the phone. You will have sold financial products before, ideally to your existing client network and will be able to hit the ground running - although ample training will be available both for progression as well as CPD.

You will hold/be working towards a relevant Financial Planning qualification from the following list, or equivalent:

- UCD QFA
- CII Level 4 DipPFA
- CISI Level 4 CFP
- LIBF Level 4 DipFA
- EFPA Level 3 (EQF Level 5)

**This role can be either office-based, a satellite role (remote) or hybrid. We are also hiring financial advisors in Marbella, Barcelona, Milan, Mexico, Porto, Paris, Warsaw, Prague, Ireland.**
