A well-established (32 years) multi-trade building maintenance/minor works contractor has 1 permanent full time career opportunities for the position of Maintenance Plumber (non gas) within our multi trade team.

The role will consist of providing reactive maintenance, drainage and minor project work Plumbing services to our wide base of commercial clients (i.e. non domestic) in the retail/leisure, care home, industrial, local government and housing sectors.

There will be a need to cover our 24 hours on call rota (1 week in every 4) for which you will be paid.

**Essential requirements.**

Proof of time served apprenticeship and minimum of 4 years (qualified) post apprenticeship experience.

Experience in reactive maintenance.

Current full driving licence

Current valid CSCS card.

The ability to use a smart phone (provided for business use only) to complete job related electronic 'paperwork'.

Disclosure Scotland (PVG Scheme) vetting on appointment to the position.

A thorough knowledge of their trade related health and safety.

**The package includes the following.**

Permanent full-time post.

Starting at £34,500.00 G.M.E. per annum, plus paid travel time, overtime and call out fee.

Weekly pay.

Take home work vehicle (business use only van).

Works mobile phone (Business use only).

Full company uniform.

29 days paid holiday PA. (including statutory days).

Free death in service benefit.

Pension scheme.

Free on going training such as PASMA, IPAF, Abrasive wheels, Health and Safety.

Minimum 39hr week + paid travel time + overtime available at enhanced rate.

Flexible working approach is required.

Hourly rate upon commencement negotiable but in line with current market rate.

**References**

References will be required, previous experience of the Reactive Maintenance Industry will be a distinct advantage.
