**Who are we looking for?**

As part of the Governments introduction of T-Level qualifications, this programme will require Level 3 full time Learners to undertake an extended work placement of 350 hours per academic year.

The Industry Placement Officer will identify and secure suitable placements with employers as well as prepare and support learners to connect with these employers across a range of industries.The role is to provide employability skills and ongoing supportand tracking of the learner’s activity as well as managing the expectations of the employer.
The post would suit individuals with an interest in developing young adult’s employability skills and managing and maintaining employer relationships with the college.
