We are a friendly team, that support each other to deliver results. We are looking for a team-player that will work closely with the Pharmacy Senior Management Team, as well as the other administration posts in the team.

Key responsibilities will be the management of meetings, including the production of agendas and minute-taking; producing reports with regard to medicines usage; and the management of prescriptions. You will also support the onboarding of pharmacy technician students and trainee pharmacists. You will be enthusiastic and innovative, keen to learn and develop your knowledge.

You will be required to manage prescriptions, as paper, and as we move forward, the digital process from the point of requiring a new code to prescribe against to ordering, issuing and supporting lost/stolen prescriptions. Data on medicines is available from multiple sources, and you will be expected to collate and align the data for reports. Meeting support will be predominantly for the medicines safety and training portfolios, with support to the System Pharmacy Faulty, as required. Full training will be provided.
