**The Communications and Marketing Officer role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to become our **Communications and Marketing Officer**

Are you an inspirational communicator with a passion for great storytelling? Join us as a Communications and Marketing Officer and help us to share engaging information with tenants, colleagues, and partners.

We’re looking for a creative individual who has or is working towards a level 6 qualification or with equivalent experience in communications and marketing, who can demonstrate our values and behaviours and a strong understanding of digital marketing including website and social media, copywriting and writing for different audiences, and creative content creation.

**Key duties and responsibilities of our Communications and Marketing Officer**:

- Build relationships and inspire others across the company by undertaking campaign projects to promote and support the work of different teams.
- Use the campaign planning framework to plan, deliver, and evaluate campaigns.
- Prepare a variety of engaging content, adapting style to reflect the channel and audience.
- Update and maintain the website, intranet, and social media channels.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of recent developments in communications and marketing.
- Attend and represent Berneslai Homes at external networking events, sharing best practice and bringing fresh ideas back to the workplace.
