Advies is a successful Top 100 IFA firm based in the City of London who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to work alongside and support the private wealth focused financial advisers.
**The Role**:To support the advice process providing full financial planning administration support. Duties include:
- Preparing client valuations and review packs
- Dealing with ad-hoc client and provider queries professionally and efficiently
- Sending letters of authority, and requesting and collating plan information
- Use of the back office system (Intelliflo Office) to ensure client records are complete and accurate
- Maintaining client records to streamline information for the business giving relevant, current, and quality management information
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, product providers etc
- Act as the point of contact for clients and managing work-flows to ensure the services are delivered in a timely manner
- Hybrid Working: 4-days in the office/1-day optional WFH
- Working hours: Full-time - 37.5hrs p/w
- Study Support provided for CII Level 4 Diploma ( RO Exams)
- New/existing business processing experience across investments, pensions and protection advice
- Intelliflo office system experience preferred, but not essential
- Comfortable liaising with clients and producing documentation
- Experience managing investments on wrap platforms.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills
