We are looking for a flexible Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. This position involves weekend and Bank holiday shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning service provided
- Follow IHG's standard of cleanliness.

**Skills**:

- Previous Hotel cleaning experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.60 per hour
