This exciting opportunity is working for a leadership and management development consultancy based in Greater Manchester. The owners of the business have over 25 years' experience in learning and development and partner with industry leading organisations.They create innovative learning solutions which draw on the latest management and academic research.
The team are in a growth period and looking for a management and leadership development facilitator to join their existing team. The role will require a high aptitude in the delivery and management of the virtual classroom, including globally.
The role will be mostly delivering programs but will also involve some design. The role would suit somebody who wants to build their experiences and develop into a more senior learning and development role.
Key responsibilities of the Learning and Development Consultant:

- Deliver Management and Leadership Development programmes online (and very occasionally in person)
- Use knowledge and understanding of L&D theory to support content design for both internally written and externally sourced leadership content
- Research the leadership/talent solutions externally to ensure the best possible solution for the client's needs
- Regularly update training materials and ensure content refreshed and kept up to date and relevant for client needs
- Provide data analysis on learning, return on investments, internal measures and action plans for any improvements that are required moving forward
Key requirements for the Learning and Development Consultant:

- Engaging training delivery and coaching style, ensuring everyone is brought along
- Engaging Coaching Style
- Proven track record of creating inclusive high-quality training materials, solutions and delivering blended learning that has measurable outputs
- Hands-on experience in the research, development, design and delivery of inclusive training
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working as part of a Learning & Development Training team and working independently.
- Resilient and able to maintain attention to detail whilst working under pressure, managing conflicting priorities, both alone and as part of the wider team
- Systematically measures results and delegates outputs
- Confident and effective working with a variety of different stakeholders, with the ability to build informative and trusted relationships quickly and confidently all environments.
- Experience in leadership and talent development theories and concepts
- Strong record of successful delivery of talent programmes and interventions from conception through to evaluation
- Experience in facilitation and training delivery of leadership and talent programmes
- Experience in talent development initiatives including D&I programmes
- Excellent MS Office skills and proven ability to run online learning using Teams for Zoom.
