**A little bit about the Planned Works team**

We're responsible for delivering improvement and cyclical works across the entire operational area of Abri Group. Utilising both in-house teams and approved sub-contractors, we carry out the major improvement works to our customers’ homes ranging from kitchen renewals and bathroom replacements right through to roof replacement and insulation. In addition, our team of Contract Surveyors also specify and implement a variety of special project works throughout the year delivering solutions for more complex issues.

Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a multi-skilled operative with a high skill level as a Carpenter where you'll be working around Yeovil, Somerset and surrounding area

We're looking for multi-skilled operatives responsible for the delivery of carpentry maintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set.

Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to Abri's properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.

Your day-to-day tasks will include carrying out carpentry repairs and installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers. In this role, you’ll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your ‘can do’ attitude to provide a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers.
