Community Care Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, including seniors, patients, and those requiring assistance with daily activities. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for clients
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in senior care, patient care, or childcare is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies effectively
- Familiarity with medication administration and understanding of dosage instructions
- Experience in providing specialized care such as dementia care or hospice care is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.40 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
