We are looking for **Employee Relations Officer** who will work for our **NHS Client **Gillingham, Kent
Key Role Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Advise and support managers and colleagues in the organisational change processes, including writing the Formal Consultation paper.
- Ensuring the formal consultation with staff representatives and all impacted staff is carried out effectively and within agreed timescales.
- Attending and supporting all consultation meetings (groups and individual meetings) to ensure all feedback and concerns are collated
- Support managers with completing the Outcome paper
Key Experience Required:
- Knowledge of NHS Terms and Conditions
- Knowledge of Change Management
- Experience in supporting Managers with Organisational Change programmes, including redundancy
** Start ASAP for 3 months**
** 20h a week**
** Pay rate £20-£25/**h
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
