Fireplace Installer

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install fireplaces, including wood-burning, gas, and electric models, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Perform carpentry tasks related to fireplace installation, including framing and finishing work.
- Conduct roofing work as necessary for chimney installations or repairs.
- Engage in construction painting to ensure the aesthetic appeal of installed units.
- Execute plumbing tasks related to gas line installations or modifications.
- Carry out masonry work for the construction of chimneys or fireplace surrounds.
- Utilise welding techniques for custom installations or repairs as required.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
- Fabricate components as needed to ensure a perfect fit for each installation project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to fireplace installation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical specifications and safety guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £24,420.00-£54,485.88 per year
