**Graduate Developer - Glasgow/Edinburgh - GBP 30,000 DOE**

**Responsibilities**:
**Communicate with internal colleagues to deliver the identified needs of departments and the enterprise as a whole
**Document these deliverables in an agreed and suitable format
**Work with the helpdesk administrator and IT manager to improve the service provided by the helpdesk
**Use recognised project management methodologies to measure and deliver your programs of work and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes

**Requirements**:
**Relevant experience in Project Management across multiple business areas
**Relevant experience in software and or process development
**Previous and extensive project management experience
**Helpdesk best practice
**Exposure to project governance and process change
**Software or systems development
