An opportunity has arisen for a Night Porter to join a beautiful chocolate box thatched 53-bed hotel on the edge of the New Forest. Their guests range from business travellers to families off to Peppa Pig world and everything in between. They have a lovely restaurant and have the pleasure of hosting many weddings, parties, and business events throughout the year.

**What’s on offer?**
- Live-in accommodation
- Core working hours will be 22:00 - 08:00 4 nights on, 4 nights off; there is a possibility of extra hours during busy periods
- 28 days holiday per annum (pro-rata for part time)

There’s a lot going on, deliveries, prep lists, guests arriving and departing. You are the one smiling and thriving on the buzz of a busy day. When there is a bit of downtime you can always find something to clean or organise.

For you it’s all about getting it right for the customer and your team, you pay attention when you are learning something new and ask questions when you are not sure. You are committed to your own professional development and want to go far (we can help with that).

Customer service is your thing and you love it

**What’s Essential?**
- The Hotel is located in a beautiful area, but unfortunately that means you most likely need your own transport, unless you live in our low-cost staff accommodation.
- Being a Night Porter is hard work and they operate from late at night until early morning, so flexibility is key. This will include working weekends and Christmas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
