Our Asset Management Team has a significant track record of successful delivery across the Water and Infrastructure sectors. We support our Clients to help them drive performance and realise financial and social value from their assets. We do this by working with clients in a collaborative environment to provide strategic, resilient, and innovative solutions to their performance issues. We work with their teams and stakeholders to unlock hidden data and provide insight into the performance of their asset base, helping them to work more effectively making, systems based, informed and timely decisions

An important part of your role will be to identify wider improvement opportunities for clients to reduce risk and/or improve their effectiveness and efficiency. You will also build internal and external relationships to influence client’s strategic thinking and raise the profile of our Asset Management group, with the overall aim of building and growing the Stantec business.

**About You.**

You will be degree qualified in a relevant field and, for senior roles, ideally be an accredited member of an Institution or equivalent with significant practical experience. For senior roles, you will have experience working within a regulated utility market, e.g. water, energy, infrastructure.

You may have experience in asset management, improvement or change activities with challenging business outcomes in a matrix-managed environment, but this is not critical. You will be a strategic thinker and have excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
