**Data Administration Assistant (4-month - Fixed Term Contract)**

As Data Administration Assistant you will be instrumental in aiding the Performance Media team over the busiest period of the year, reviewing online customer orders placed through our affiliate marketing channel to verify their status and correctly reward our partners with commission. This role is a 4-month fixed term contract with full-time working hours. Hybrid working is offered, with occasional travel required to Boots head office in Nottingham for training.
- **About the opportunity**

The Performance Media team sit within the Marketing department and are responsible for delivering online paid marketing for Boots UK, specialising in PPC (Pay Per Click) and Affiliate marketing. As we head into our Christmas sales period, we are looking for administration support to ensure our affiliate partners are rewarded successfully for the marketing activity they deliver for Boots UK. Key responsibilities include:
- High-volume data preparation using Excel, our sales database and affiliate marketing platform
- Exporting large sets of customer order IDs from our marketing platform daily and reviewing this data against our sales system in order to verify the contents of customer orders and correctly award commission to our affiliate partners
- Accountability for ensuring any data issues are reported and investigated
- Collaborating with members of the team to ensure all processes run smoothly and in a timely manner
- Assisting with other projects on an ad hoc basis, as required

**About you**
- Experience using Excel and basic formulas
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to quickly learn new computer systems
- Strong organisation and time management skills
