**Company Description**

Culina Logistics are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, driven and dedicated individual to work in our Client Support Team, based at our Market Drayton office.

The Customer Service Administrator will be employed on a full time, permanent contract within out Client Support Team.

We are offering defined career path opportunities to enhance and develop your skills and experience. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast pace environment and providing outstanding service to well-known chilled manufacture’s. On the job trainingis provided.

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days, 6am - 6pm

**Salary**: £23,192 per annum

The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Sales Administration
- Stock Control - meeting all customer and client specifications and resolving customer and client queries
- Inventory management and quality control
- Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus
- Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Computer literate particularly with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role (ideally within a major distribution operation)
