We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client in Wellingborough area.

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete MHE pre-shift checks and report all defects
- Maintain that the equipment is used for its sole purpose
- Generate / confirm picking sheets using WinMan / Microsoft operating system
- Validate, pick / pack materials checking for quality and quantity using MHE available
- Record and communicate discrepancies, through direct reports
- Secure materials for onwards transportation
- Transfer material through the site using good all-round FLT skills whilst not compromising co-workers or stock
- Store raw materials / finished goods within the warehouse environment, not compromising Health & Safety
- Deliver raw material to machines / machine sides ready for Manufacturing
- Isolate any Defective materials before entering the manufacturing process, report potential issues to direct reports.
- Co-operate with direct reports to find efficiencies
- Flexible around the requirements of the business
- Team ethics (essential)
- HS&E compliant at all times
- Maintain a Safe Working Environment

**Essential Skills**:

- In date FLT Counterbalance licence
- Good key board
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Punctual and reliable
