**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **professional, confident, and approachable Female Door Supervisor** to join our front-of-house security team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety, upholding our venue standards, and delivering a warm and respectful welcome to all patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a friendly and professional front-line presence at the entrance of the venue
- Carry out ID checks and manage entry in line with licensing laws and venue policies
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, particularly women and vulnerable individuals
- Support in conflict prevention and resolution while remaining calm and discreet
- Monitor crowd levels and assist with managing queues and guest flow
- Respond to incidents with discretion and professionalism, escalating when necessary
- Liaise with internal teams including management, bar staff, and event personnel
- Maintain accurate incident reports and log entries as required

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required)**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, nightlife, or high-end venues
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident with a calm, authoritative presence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate situations diplomatically
- A team player who can remain composed under pressure
- Understanding of safeguarding practices, particularly in relation to female guests
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
