**General Operative with FLT**

XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them at a large manufacturing site in Lincolnshire. This opportunity offers the potential of long term employment they are looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become a key part of their manufacturing departments.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: £9.84 per hour

**Hours: Monday to Thursday **6:00am - 14:45pm

**Friday**: 6:00am - 11am

**Monday to Thursday**:2:00pm - 12:00am

**Responsibilities**
- Duties will include_
- Produce production orders
- Pick and Pack orders
- Operate counterbalance FLT in a safe manner
- Load and unload goods off vehicles and containers

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Some of the parts and stock may be heavy so the role could involve heavy lifting and will be on your feet throughout your shift. The successful person will also need to have their own PPE (safety boots / high vis vest / facemask)
- Counterbalance FLT
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Understanding Health and Safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £9.84 per hour
