**Sales Co-Ordinator**

£20,000 - £25,000 + Bonus**

**Our client is a leading manufacturer of air product systems supplying into a variety of different sectors. Operating out of their brand new manufacturing facility, they are looking for an internal sales engineer due to continued growth within thebusiness.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Working in a team of 6 internal sales engineers, reporting into the sales director
- Act as point of contact for all sales enquiries with both customers and shopfloor factory staff
- Manage and understand both new and existing customer requirements
- Carry out data entry into their internal SAGE System
- Satisfy customer needs in terms of understanding technical specifications, quality and price
- Offer after sales service and support to existing customers
- Build a upon long lasting customer relationships
- Follow up on quotations in a timely manner

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Strong sale background/ experience within a manufacturer
- Must be flexible, passionate, accurate and positive
- Digitally savvy - Creative with new solutions and ideas
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have experience of working on SAGE Systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experienced within a similar sales role
- Ideally have come from a strongly customer service focused background
- Willingness to learn and develop skills through on the job training
