An opportunity has arisen for the post of a Psychological Therapist/Clinical Psychologist (Band 7) within the Wigan Early Detection and Intervention Service. The post involves the provision of specialist psychological assessment and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for people aged 14-35 years, who are considered to be at high risk of developing psychosis, and people who are identified as experiencing their first episode of Bipolar disorder.

In this role, you will be working alongside other trained therapists providing CBT to clients within a primary care service.

Supervision will be provided both clinical and management. The post holder will also have opportunities for CPD, developing their own clinical skills as appropriate.
