Inventory Clerk

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. Do you have warehouse and administration experience and would like to incorporate both into one role? You will be responsible for supporting the operation's day-to-day running, and prioritising daily flows throughout the contract. You will be required to work 48 hours per week 4 on 4 off from 06:00 - 18:00. **Pay, benefits and more**: - Salary of £24,000 per annum - Access to high street discounts as well as hotel & cinema deals - 19.5 holiday - Workplace pension - Access to GXO University - home to a wealth of online training courses, meaning your development never ends **What you’ll do on a typical day**: - Ensure a smooth flow of product throughout the warehouse - Day to day monitoring and updating of warehouse management system to ensure stock accuracy - To be able to work as part of a team - Reporting in to Inventory Manager - Perform cycle counts against a schedule using the warehouse management system - Work closely alongside the supervisor to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors - Reporting to Inventory Manager - Flexibility needed, travel, overtime and occasional night shifts required **What you need to succeed at GXO**: - Experience in managing stock inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment would be a bonus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Computer literate and proficient user of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel - Experience working in a complex, fast-moving environment **"We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains".
