**he Role**
Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Site Trainer at our Clitheroe site. Here we manufacture traditional hot puddings under our Farmhouse Fare brand, as well as our own private label puddings.

The purpose of this role is to provide effective training (via induction and ‘on the job training’) for hourly paid employees, as well as a comprehensive co-ordination service to the manufacturing areas and training department to meet business, departmental and individual needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Induction and training
- Document management
- Maintain and update training database
- Assist with promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**What you will need for the role / what it will take**
- Train the trainer qualification desirable
- Training preparation and delivery
- Knowledge of manufacturing
- Computer literate
