This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and engaging **housekeeping team leader** to join our fun and professional Housekeeping Team.

**About the role**:
As a Housekeeping Team Leader you will play a key part in ensuring all housekeeping attendants follow the same standards and the rooms are presented as per hotel standards. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

- To conduct daily meetings with the team on the designated floors
- To provide guidance, coaching and on job training in order for hotel standards to be maintained
- To thoroughly inspect designated rooms, corridors and public areas to ensure the smooth operation, efficiency and cleanliness of the hotel, according to the hotel standards
- To be constantly aware of the room statuses and updates to ensure maximum number of vacant clean rooms is available for sale
- To note any guest special needs and take action accordingly
**About you**:
You will have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious 5* hotel environment and you are passionate about delivering a great guest experience.
