**HAIL** has several exciting opportunities for a **Deputy Manager**to join their Housing Related Support (HRS) Service**, based in Haringey**. Flexible hours are available across all our locations, and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary **depending on your qualifications.
**Salary Scale**:
Scp (24 - 26) £21,344 - £22,626 (unqualified) per annum including Outer London Weighting
Scp (26- 28) £22,626 - £24,030 (qualified) per annum including Outer London Weighting QCF L3/QCF L4 or equivalent

HAIL has a long and proud history of providing care and support to people with learning and physical disabilities, mental health issues and autism.
Together with Vibrance, we now support more than 4,000 people across the region. Through a wide range of services and by working closely with each individual, we give people the independence they need to allow them to have the lifestyle they choose.
**About the Deputy Manager role**:
?As our Deputy Manager, you will support service users with the management of their support package and supervise / support staff within the HRS team.
**Responsibilities as our Deputy Manager**:
- Supporting people on individual budgets with the co-ordination and management of their support packages and services
- Supporting people to access a range of services and activities which meet their support needs
- Supporting people on individualised budgets to maximise their support and have services that are value for money
- Promoting Vibrance HRS services
- Assisting in the recruitment of HRS Workers
- Developing and maintaining systems to support the ethos, functions and administration of the service
- Liaising with the Sessional Manager to manage the Sessional Bank within the allocated budget
- Working with and alongside families, professionals and others including attending reviews and meetings
- Organising and co-ordinating induction and training for HRS workers
