Reuse Appliance Cleaner

**Description**:
As an Appliance Cleaner at ENVA, based in Grantham, you will play a key role in the refurbishment of Electrical Appliances. You will be responsible for cleaning a wide range of domestic appliance for reuse and sale, adhering to safety and environmental regulations. This position contributes to ENVA's sustainability efforts by promoting efficient waste management and recycling practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for cleaning a wide range of domestic appliances including washing machines, fridges and cookers
- Stripping down and cleaning various parts of the appliance
- Good attention to detail is essential for the cleaning standard
- Must be able to follow instruction from the manager and work as part of a team
- **Safety and Compliance**: Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly those relating to the handling of appliances
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- **Housekeeping**: Maintain a clean and organised working environment, ensuring work areas are free of hazards.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning or waste management environment
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to recycling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving equipment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
