We are now recruiting an Administrator to support across the Learning Disability & Autism Programme and Continuing Health Care agenda.

The primary function of this role is to support the team to deliverwork in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the Learning Disability & Autism Programme and Continuing Health Care National Framework timescales agenda. Additionally, liaising with colleagues and care providers to ensure the accurate and timely inputting of data to our client database.

The duties and responsibilities that you will be expected to undertake may include:

- To communicate on a daily basis, both with team colleagues, care providers and other health and social care agencies, providing and receiving sensitive information
- To work as part of the team to support & co-ordinate internal & external meetings with all parties involved.
- To send electronic invitations and set up MS TEAMS meetings
- To request information & evidence from families, provider services and clinical professionals
- To attend & support at identified meetings, taking accurate notes when requested
- Upload information in a timely way to ensure it is available
- To support the Learning Disability & Autism Programme and Continuing Health Care financial process, sending financial agreement forms to provider services when requested
- Work effectively with other administrators to provide an effective network of support to the Learning Disability and complex placements team

- Ability to meet deadlines

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-5.

Although you will be based in Fareham Civic Offices, there may be a requirement to travel to other sites as and when required, although this is mínimal.
