**Client Details**

My client is an independent supplier and is keen to find an ambitious individual to manage their accounts of existing customers.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities would include**:

- Drive the highest levels of internal and external customer service throughout areas of accountability, ensuring that the company's profit and strategic objectives are met and exceeded.
- Take ownership for sales targets and be proactive with the desire to always meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage with all customers, ensuring all receive regular communication, updates and news regarding categories and product range to maintain enduring business relationships and convert potential sales opportunities into confirmed contracts.
- Agree Customer Forecasts and manage the process externally and am accountable internally.
- Hold regular meetings with customers, ensuring all meetings are pre planned, delivered to expectation and undertake post analysis with plans to show a clear account of the next steps required to secure sales.
- Responsible for finding Cost Savings and Margin improvements within my Customer base by identifying efficiency improvements and converting.

**Profile**
- Experience within a similar role
- Ability to plan and organise to ensure a proactive style is evident - Good sales skills displaying creativity around problem solving and strong networking skills.
- Is aware of the life-stage of a customer and ensures the necessary approach to minimise risk & maximise revenue and profit.
- Good Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills.
