Our team of recruiters are searching for a Healthcare Assistants to provide person focused care to our clients living in Brighton, Hove and Portslade

**This role is working with Adults with Complex care needs**

**Client conditions vary from the following**:

- Tracheotomy
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Ventilators
- Mental Health conditions
- Alcohol dependancy
- Epilepsy
- Brian Injury
- End of life
- Peg, stoma and catheter care

Free clinical training will be provided by our experienced nursing team

We have full and part time positions available as well as flexible working patterns to suit most people. Ideally we are looking for individuals to commit to 20-40 hours per week however if you have more specific needs please still get in touch and we will alwaystry to facilitate.

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- 6 months experience working in a similar healthcare position
- Flexibility and Reliability
- Passion for the care of vulnerable people with various health issues
- Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
- Be able to work under pressure and in stressful and challenging situations
- This post requires the post holder to be fully [or partially] vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt
