Job Title: Estimator - Ceilings & Partitions

Location: Hull or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £30,000 - £45,000

The role of Estimator - Ceilings & Partitions will involve:

- Estimator position dealing with a range of ceiling and partitioning systems such as: glazed partitions, hygienic wall cladding, dry lining, acoustic panels, plastering and MF Ceilings
- Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
- Producing formal quotations to customers
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Ensure to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to encourage repeat business
- Working on projects varying in value from £1k up to £1m
- Office based role, however may be expected to occasionally travel to site to carry out survey

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Ceilings & Partitions with
- Must have estimating experience within the construction industry, ideally with knowledge of ceilings and partitions
- Ideally will have an understand of working for a main contractor or subcontractor
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
