**_Job purpose_**
- Your role is to support the Quality department ensuring that non-conformances are correctly dealt with and investigated to ensure future occurrences do not happen, while at the same time ensuring the existing processes are as efficient as they can be using continuous improvement and lean techniques._
- You will be required to assist the business in ensuring compliance with all company Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives whilst maintaining a high level of personal 5S and housekeeping standards._
**_Key responsibilities and accountabilities:_**_ _
- _Processing of Non-Conformances and Inspection in line with the standard processes._
- _Following through Non conformances with relevant departments and suppliers to ensure that they are closed out within agreed timescales._
- _Support CI Projects to improve product flow through the business._
- _Flexibility to work between different functions and adapt when required._

**_Experience, Professional Qualifications and Personal Requirements:_**
- _Work towards Level 3 NVQ/BTEC._
- _A high level of commitment, initiative, and self-motivation are essential in this role. _
- _Good communication skills to liaise effectively both within the immediate team and beyond to other Departments._
