The Grounds Care Group carry out Grounds Maintenance services for multiple clients across the UK.

We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in covering the LE post code areas. You will be responsible for undertaking general grounds maintenance using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery.

You will need to be a team player and be comfortable working alongside others, but also on your own.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop in this industry and would like career progression.

It is likely that no two days will be the same as you will be covering grass cutting, shrub bed and hedge maintenance, leaf clearance, planting, turfing, gritting and snow clearance.

Essential skills required:

- Previous experience working in grounds maintenance
- PA1 / PA6
- A full UK driving licence (max 3 points)
- Be a team player and demonstrate initiative

You will need to undertake a DBS check for this role and be prepared to work additional hours when required.
