**THE ROLE**
Weekend work, part time and full time hours considered.
To primarily contribute to the smooth delivery of the employee transport service between Kendal - Bowness - Windermere - Ambleside - Grasmere.
Shift patterns are flexible and hours can be negotiated around the below core driving times and the requirement of some weekend work;
1. 7:10am pick up in Kendal to arrive at The Daffodil for 8:00am
2. 16:00pm pick up at The Daffodil to return employees to Kendal
You may choose to work in a stand-alone role or form part of a General Assistant Role dependent on your circumstances. We are open to discuss different ways of working.
**THE DAY-TO-DAY**
- Pick up employees from Kendal, Bowness, Windermere and Ambleside and transfer to The Daffodil Hotel and Spa.
- Manage cleanliness and basic maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Ensure employees abide by all health and safety regulations when using the employee transport.
- To ensure all repair and maintenance is reported to the Maintenance team, appropriately and in a timely manner.
- To comply with the policy and procedure outlined in the contract of employment and the Staff Handbook.
- To comply with statutory and legal requirements by working in accordance with fire and safety regulations.
- To ensure interaction with guests is done so in a professional and friendly manner.
- Attend all relevant meetings or training as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a driving role.
- An ability to adapt to different roles and use initiative.
- Good ability to work within a team and support colleagues in the wider business.
The below criteria are an essential requirement;
- Full clean British Driving License (with D1 Category)
- No current motoring convictions, accidents or claims in the past 5 years
