**Overview**
We are looking for an office administrator, based at our Welwyn Garden City office, to join our growing team within the construction industry. 9am-5pm (flexible).
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documents are properly organised and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Create invoices and manage customer records.
- Coordinate customer appointments and schedule in an effective manner.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity within the office environment.
**Skills**
- Proficient in clerical duties with a strong understanding of office procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Ability to type proficiently and computerise information effectively.
- A professional demeanour with excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
