**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan validation activities to ensure routine work, projects and ad hoc requests are appropriately resourced
- Forecast resource demand for project validation executables and contribute to headcount requests
- Generate and maintain dashboards and progress reports for validation executables
- Liaise with validation teams, Project Managers, external validation contractors for progress updates
- Act as a single point of contact for validation resource planning
- Generation of performance data for site and global metrics
- Preparation of project resource proposals in support of CAPEX projects and coordination of the approvals of proposals
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast - paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Key Requirements**
- Self starter and proactive attitude
- Background in planning or coordinating preferred
- Experience with SAP or Metric performing is also preferred
- Previous experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
