**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team in our brand new fashion boutique store, in the heart of the South Lanes, Brighton. Being one of the few brands that decorates and designs all of its' clothes in Brighton - we want to become the household name locally & nationwide, and are looking to build an amazing team to help us achieve these goals.

**Duties**:

- Greet and be prepared to assist customers walking into the store.
- Assist customers with making purchasing decisions by helping with sizes, styles etc.
- Have knowledge of the brand, its' products and its' values.
- Educate customer on products, promotions & brands' unique selling points.
- Offer customised approach to all of the customers needs.
- Diligently and calmly solve any issues and problems that may arise.
- Make sure the store floor is well organised with product and is visually pleasing.
- Keep retail floor clean and pristine at all times.
- Assist with stock sorting, labelling and organisation.
- Perform steaming and ironing functions to make sure garments look pristine and are ready to go out onto the shop floor.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in luxury / up-market retail or customer service is advantageous but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work on your own / in slower-paced environment during quieter times
- Knowledge of sales etiquette and product presentation
- Personal Interest in fashion and/or arts is advantageous

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
